How long will my portrait take?
This is very dependant on how much work I have on, but portraits will take no longer than four weeks from receipt of the photo and payment. However, I can sometimes push something through more quickly if it is for a special occasion and have it to you in under a week.
How will it be sent?
Portraits are sent First Class Recorded Next Day delivery. They are inserted in a folder and sent in a New Guardian manila board backed envelope. Presentation is paramount and each portrait arrives individually presented, which makes them ideal as a surprise gift.
How do I order a print?
If you want to order a print once your portrait has been received, you can email me at kim@kimbusby.com. Prints will be sent first class delivery once payment has been received.
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made in cash, cheque, bank transfer or paypal. I will send you an invoice once the portrait has been agreed. Portraits will only be sent once payment has been received.
Are photos returned?
All original photos will be returned with the portrait.
What if I want a portrait not listed on this site?
I will endeavour to draw any subject that you wish. Just email me at kim@kimbusby.com with your request, and if possible a photo of the subject and I will send a quote by return. |
